When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your email. Most products are made to order and take approximately 2–4 business days to process. Please note that production times may extend during peak seasons or unforeseen delays

How can I track my order?

You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Simply click the link or visit the carrier’s official website to check the latest updates on your delivery

Why hasn't my tracking updated yet?

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to reflect movement after the parcel has been shipped. It may also pause during transit or while the order is held at customs (particularly for international shipments). This is normal and does not usually indicate an issue with your delivery

My tracking status says “Delivered”, but I haven't received my package. What should I do?

If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven’t received anything:

  • Double-check the delivery address provided during checkout.

  • Check your mailbox, front door, porch, garage or with neighbours.

  • Contact your local postal service for assistance.

Will all the items in my order arrive together?

Not necessarily. Some orders may ship in multiple packages, depending on the size, design, or quantity of items. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No. Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please ensure all information is accurate before completing your purchase.

Can customs or local authorities delay my shipment?

Yes. International orders may be subject to customs inspections or import duties which can delay delivery. Customs processing times vary and are out of our control. Any taxes or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you guarantee shipping or delivery dates?

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates due to the custom-made nature of our products and possible external delays such as holidays, customs, or courier disruptions.
Estimated delivery times (after production) are:

  • Australia: 10–14 business days

  • Europe: 15–20 business days

  • International: 16–21 business days
