At DecorHomeBlue, we are dedicated to providing premium-quality 3D-printed rugs with precision and care. We take pride in ensuring that every order is produced to the highest standards, accurately processed, and delivered on time.

To give you complete peace of mind, we offer a 30-day Return & Exchange policy from the purchase date in the following cases:

The rug has a manufacturing defect.
The print quality is subpar.
The final product is significantly different from the images displayed on our website.

Replacements & Exchanges

We generally do not offer refunds for incorrect selection of size, design, or color.

However, we will gladly replace your order or offer a full refund if:

The rug you receive is a different size or design than what you ordered.
The size chart on our website contained errors.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us—your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please Note

Due to differences in lighting and screen displays, the actual product may vary slightly in color (up to 20%) from the advertised images.
In rare cases where issues arise, we typically re-ship the item at our expense, ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours after placing it.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

💡 Why? We process and ship orders daily, so once your rug is in transit, we can no longer alter the order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—refunds may take some time to be officially processed.
Contact your bank, as there may be a delay in processing.

If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us, and we will assist you.

Coupon | Promo | Discount Codes

Promo codes cannot be applied to previous, existing, or pending orders.
Discounts cannot be converted into cash.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
