We currently offer standard worldwide shipping at checkout.

Each rug’s delivery timeline is a combination of:
Production Time – The time it takes to create your custom rug
Shipping Time – The time it takes to deliver your order to your address
Please note that both timelines are estimates and may be affected by seasonal surges or global shipping disruptions.
Australia: Delivered within 10–14 business days after production
Europe: Delivered within 15–20 business days after production
Other International Destinations: Delivered within 16–21 business days after production

Licensed or seasonal designs: 8–10 business days
Please allow additional time during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, or in cases of unexpected events like natural disasters or global pandemics.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on size and availability. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
